From Concept to Drop – How We Create Every Custom Tee.

Every drop we release means something.
It’s not mass-produced in some warehouse. It’s not build or ordered from overseas. It’s
created right here at home – one design, one press, and one product at a time.
We wanted to pull back the curtain and show you exactly how our custom t-shirts go
from idea – to press – to your doorstep. Because if you’re going to rock our gear, you
deserve to know the story behind it.
The Idea Stage: Every Drop Starts with a Vibe.
Every design starts with a spark – sometimes it’s a random sketch, sometimes it’s a
phrase we can’t get out of our heads, sometimes it’s a conversation with a customer
that gets us thinking.
We look for ideas that feel fresh but still wearable. Something bold, clean, and easy to
style. We keep our audience in mind every time – if we wouldn’t wear it or use it
ourselves, it doesn’t make the cut.
For our latest drop (coming this Friday), we wanted something that felt classic but
strong. Something that stands out without screaming for attention.
Design + DTF = Flexibility Meets Quality
Once we lock in the idea, we design everything digitally and prep the files for DTF
transfers.
Why DTF?
Because we’re not trying to mass-print hundreds of the same shirt.
We want you to be able to order just one and still get the quality you’d expect form a big
brand, DTF gives us full-color detail, works on tons of materials, and makes every order
feel like a custom experience – because it is.
Screen printing has its place, but for us? DTF keeps things flexible, sharp, and
personal.
The Pressing Process: All Done In House
Once the designs are ready, we fire up the heat press and get to work. Every single
shirt is pressed by hand – no shortcuts, no drop shipping, and definitely no random
factory doing the work for us.
We line it up, press it hot, let it cool, and double-check every detail.
It’s a hands-on process, and yeah it takes more time. But that’s the whole point.
Packing with Intention
Once the items are ready, we pack them ourselves. We fold every shirt with care and
double-check names, sizes, and addresses.
Sometimes we even toss in a freebie or hand-written note – just to say thanks.
It’s personal. Because you supporting us?
That’s personal too.
This Friday: The New Drop
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes on our next release, and it’s going live this
Friday

shirt and one order at a time.
